1. Stocks in RED - those of you that know the color coding already know that all stocks in RED are expected to swing nicely and provide MONSTER CALL / PUT OPTION PLAY opportunities - these are to be traded after earnings based on all technical signals (e.g. volume, MACD, Bollinger Bands, CCI, RSI, current trend, etc.).
2. Stocks in RED / BOLD and UNDERLINED - these are very good potential strangle / straddle candidates.
3. Stock in YELLOW - these stocks will move based on the action on the preceding stock reports - we all know that credit stocks for the most part all move together so if V reports great earnings and moves up, it may move the entire sector with it.
Enjoy trading! Cheers!

Jose, thx for the weekly list. I'm going short on FSLR. Still holding puts on AXP-got a slight peek of what's to come hopefully on that one.
Darwin,
Going short on FSLR may appear to be the prudent move - I think the stock is too high at these levels and this sector will not continue to do well without government subsidies. However, the stock itself can take a 50.00 bucks swing either way based on earnings - why just go short when you can strangle? I would personally feel more confortable with a strangle position vs. short. But, please go with your heart and analysis as this is just my humble two cents on FSLR - overall, I am more inclined to play it for a downward move after earnings to protect myself from a potential BIDU (too high technically and still holding up 5.00 bucks this morning so shorts and strangle / straddles may get burned this morning - I stayed out on BIDU as all Internet stocks are very strong lately and have lost volatility)...
Yes, AXP show be a profitable trade - just do not get too greedy.
Thank you,
Jose
Darwin,
I have not heard from you in a while... How are you doing? Please share your pain and success with me so that we can both continue to learn from each other.
Regards,
Jose
