What is there to fear if toxic assets are removed from banks by creating a "Bad Assets Holding Company"? That can really hurt shorts on financial stocks and continue to send stocks higher (e.g. CME, C, PNC, STT).
The S&P500 is loaded with financials and if these stocks fly, all three major indexes will fly high (at least up to the next resistance of 8000) - although, we have not technically closed above 7500 since hitting the 6500 bottom. If we close above 7500 today, we will definitely shake shorts up a little to continue to push the markets forward.
